SHIPPING

  • All made to order items are processed within 5-7 business days after purchasing. (Some orders may take up to 7-10 business days during the holiday season due to demand)
  • All orders will include an USPS tracking number, which will be delivered via email once the order has been shipped.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports your order was delivered. Please contact USPS if you have any issues with your package.
  • Delivery estimates depend on the method of shipping chosen at the time the order is placed.
  • We ship worldwide.
    • We are not liable for fees related to international shipping.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

  • Because our products are made to order, returns and exchanges are eligible for damaged/defective items only.
  • Please email us within 3 days regarding your damaged item at info@shopstitchtheory.com
  • All items must be returned in the original condition in which you received them (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • Any items returned with odors or stains will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Sales items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Upon initiating a return/exchange, you will be sent a return label.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 2: Package your items
  • Step 3: Mail your return to us.
  • Once we have received your return order, please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund or exchange.
