SHIPPING

  • All made to order items are processed within 5-7 business days after purchasing. (Some orders may take up to 7-10 business days during the holiday season due to demand)
  • All orders will include an USPS tracking number, which will be delivered via email once the order has been shipped.
  • We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once tracking information reports your order was delivered. Please contact USPS if you have any issues with your package.
  • Delivery estimates depend on the method of shipping chosen at the time the order is placed.
  • We offer First Class and Priority Express options.
  • We ship worldwide.
    • We are not liable for fees related to international shipping.

RETURNS

  • Stickers cannot be returned. If your sticker(s) is defective or damaged, please contact us via email at info@shopstitchtheory.com to determine if your order is eligible for a replacement.
  • If you aren't pleased with your item, you may return it for a refund back to your original form of payment.
  • Items must be mailed out within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • All items must be returned in the original condition in which you received them (tags attached, unworn, unwashed, unaltered).
  • Any items returned with odors or stains will not be eligible for an exchange or refund.
  • Sales items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Upon initiating a return, you will be sent a return label. The cost for the shipping label will be deducted from your refund. 
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee we will receive your return order.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

  • Step 1: Email us at info@shopstitchtheory.com to request your return label.
  • Step 2: Please print and fill out this return information form.
  • Step 3: Package your items, along with the return form.
  • Step 4: Mail your return to us.
  • Once we have received your return order, please allow 5-10 business days to process your refund or exchange.

 EXCHANGES

  • If you would like to exchange an item(s), please make a new purchase for the same item of a different size.
  • Under “reason for return” on our return form, please note the new order you have placed and we will refund the amount towards your new purchase.
  • All exchanges must be returned in the original condition in which you received them.
  • Any exchanges returned with damages, odors, stains, or without tags will be rejected and ineligible for a refund.
